Brain synchronization – Your left and right brain sides work in concert together. Normally one side or the other is dominant dependent on the activity being performed. Having your brain synchronized gives you enhanced brain performance.

Increased melatonin production – Studies have shown dramatic almost 100% increases in the brain’s production of melatonin. Melatonin is an antioxidant that helps people rest and recuperate.

Decreased Cortisol – Cortisol is the stress hormone. The more stressed your body is, the more cortisol in your body, the worse you feel. Meditation lowers your stress level, decreasing cortisol production, increasing your wellbeing.
